At some level, targeted traffic arrived to a standstill on the fast paced street as taxis and automobiles created way to the crowd to stroll earlier with the looted goods.

Then suddenly, police officers arrived and there was pandemonium. Having said that, the officers who arrived in one particular van had been outnumbered.
